Information
- Unless otherwise
specified, menu prices are based on a
15-person minimum. There is a 10%
up-charge for parties under 15.
- Linen
tablecloths are $8.00 each, napkins
are $.50 each, and buffet tablecloths
are $8.00 each to cover the cost of
laundering. A deposit of 50% is
required 30 days in advance of the
event, with the balance due two weeks
in advance of the event. The Admiral
Bicknell Inn reserves the right to
retain part or all of the deposit in
the event of a cancellation.
- Due to market
fluctuations, food prices may change
without notice.
- Price quotes are
guaranteed for 30 days, unless
otherwise specified. Signed contracts
and confirmation of payment guarantees
the date. We do not accept
“tentative” bookings. To avoid
disappointment, it is advisable to
book early.
- A $300 damage
deposit will be collected at time of
initial reservation and will be
refunded to you 7 days after the event
provided there is no damage to the
Inn. You will need to give the
security deposit check separate from
the deposit for the wedding. An
additional $200 deposit is required to
secure the date.
- Check in is
normally at 3pm if you have made
overnight reservations. Check out is
at 11am.
- The Inn can
accommodate up to 100 people, though
parties over 50 people will be
required to arrange tents in the event
of rain.
- The Inn rents
for $200 for the first hour and $100
for each additional hour with a two
hour minimum and a maximum cut off
time of 9:30pm. All guests must be
off the property by 9:45, no
exceptions.
- Guest rooms are
available at various rates depending
upon the room, please check our
website for details. The whole house
rents for $850 overnight and sleeps 12
with breakfast for 12, two guests per
room, no exceptions.
- The Inn is a
non-smoking property. Guests can
smoke outside in designated areas
only.
- A balance of 50%
is due 60 days prior to the event, the
balance and final count are due 30
days prior to the event. All deposits
are non-refundable.
Inn rental
includes:
Set up for the
event, chairs, stereo, clean up, dining
tables, cake table, buffet tables, and
gift table, unlimited planning with the
innkeeper.
